I have more than 20 years of experience working as a public school teacher, principal, superintendent, and college instructor. During this time I acted as a mentor, counselor, facilitator, and teacher helping many students and families cross thresholds and find new meaning in their lives. I also worked as a master teacher for the University of California Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Unified School District. My core values are Engage – Support – Empower. I followed these values while working in the areas of education and human resources and now as a therapist, mentor and CEO. I believe that inner work and personal growth takes courage, support, and the understanding that you are not alone.
