Julia A. FlynnM.A., Counseling Psych, Pacifica Graduate Intitute

Professionally I am in private practice for psychotherapy with independent clinical licensure in Kansas and Missouri, specializing in treatment for substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am fortunate to work with vets and active military as well as their families, spouses and children; I provide services to individuals, couples, and families. In general my clients are teens, adults, older adults, men and women. I practice psychotherapy from a Depth perspective, using a client centered modality to encompass healing theories best for the client.

I have many skills due to my educational background on the East coast at Brown University and West coast graduate training at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

I bring the best of these exceptional educational experiences back to the heartland to provide exceptional psychotherapy with a Depth perspective.

I am a provider for a Warriors’ Ascent for veterans addressing healing of the Body, Mind and Soul. It is a gratifying honor to work with veterans who have protected freedom in the world. I am also a Brown University alum who volunteers my time interviewing prospective students for Brown. I interview 10-12 high school students each year and feel so fortunate to talk with these students who are at the top of their class.
