Michelle serves as Adjunct Faculty in the M.A. Counseling Program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. She teaches Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Practice, and Human Growth and Development. Currently, she has a private practice, is a school counselor, and serves as a parent educator for a child development center. Some of her additional work experience has included teaching, working for child welfare services, residential treatment settings for abused children, pregnant and parenting teens, adoptions, and supervising a school-based counseling program for domestic violence. Michelle has been a guest presenter at U.C.S.B.’s Orfalea Children Center, Family Service Agency, New Beginnings Counseling Center, and Community Counseling Center of Santa Barbara. Michelle has served as the Vice-President of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Santa Barbara Chapter of CAMFT ,and the advisory board for the Children and Families Commission of Santa Barbara. She currently serves on the board of directors for Turn the Page for Uganda and HopeNet.
